Terms of service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
These terms govern use of the VoxFox website and services provided by VoxFox ("VoxFox," "we," "us").
The service
VoxFox provides AI-powered phone answering, lead capture, call summaries, transfers, and appointment booking for businesses. Service plans, features, and pricing are agreed per customer.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to use the service for unlawful calls, harassment, or any purpose that violates telephone, recording, or consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Call recording and compliance
The service may record and transcribe calls. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of call recording, texting, and outbound communication complies with the laws that apply to your business and your callers, including consent and disclosure requirements.
AI limitations
The service uses artificial intelligence. It is designed to answer accurately and follow your rules, but it can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing summaries and transcripts and for the decisions your business makes based on them. VoxFox does not guarantee error-free call handling.
Fees
Fees are billed as agreed at signup. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after notice.
Termination
Either party may end service as described in the applicable plan. On termination we will make your call data available for export for a reasonable period.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost business opportunities from any individual call.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
