VoxFox

Straight answers.

Will my customers know they're talking to AI?

Call the demo line and judge for yourself. VoxFox sounds fast, clear, and professional. When a caller needs a human, it transfers the call to you or your team instead of pretending. Most callers care about one thing: someone answered.

I already have voicemail. Why isn't that enough?

Voicemail records the opportunity after the caller gives up. Most people with an urgent problem hang up and call the next business instead of leaving a message. VoxFox engages the caller while their intent is still high, captures the details, and moves them forward.

My receptionist already answers calls.

Keep them. VoxFox covers what one person can't: after hours, lunch, PTO, sick days, and the second and third simultaneous call during busy season. It's overflow and after-hours coverage, not a replacement.

Can't I just call people back?

You can. The question is what the customer does before you do. A caller with a leak or a dead AC is usually talking to somebody within minutes. The business that answers first usually wins the job.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It will not be perfect, and we won't tell you otherwise. What you get is control: you set the rules, you test it before it takes real calls, and every call produces a transcript and a summary you can check. Anything it can't handle gets transferred to a human or captured as a message for your follow-up.

Is setup complicated?

No. Tell VoxFox about your business, set your call rules, test it by calling the line yourself, then forward your number. Most businesses go live in a day.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. Your number stays exactly as it is. You forward calls to VoxFox on the schedule you choose: 24/7, after hours only, or only when you don't pick up.

Do I need new hardware or a new phone system?

No. VoxFox works with the phone setup you already have.

Where does the lead information go?

Straight to your phone as a text summary, and to email if you want it. Call recordings and transcripts are available in your dashboard. If you use a CRM, VoxFox can push leads there too.

Can it actually book appointments, or just take messages?

It books. VoxFox connects to your scheduling calendar, sees real availability, and books jobs on your behalf during the call, by your rules. Callers get a confirmation text before they hang up. If you'd rather approve every booking first, set it to request mode and confirm with one tap.

Are calls recorded?

Yes, calls are recorded and transcribed so you have a record of every conversation. Callers hear a standard notice at the start of the call where required.

I'm a small operation. Is this overkill?

The opposite. Big companies can staff a front desk. VoxFox gives a one-truck business the same phone coverage without hiring anyone.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on call volume and what you want VoxFox to handle. Book a call and we'll give you a straight number in fifteen minutes.

The fastest way to decide is to call it.

Ask it what a real customer would ask. Then check your texts.
