VoxFox ("VoxFox," "we," "us") provides AI phone answering services for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Name, business name, email, phone number, and billing details when you sign up or book a call.
  • Call data. When VoxFox answers calls on behalf of a business, we process call audio, recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, and information callers provide such as name, address, and service needs.
  • Website data. Standard analytics such as pages visited, device type, and referral source.

How we use information

  • To provide the answering service: answering calls, capturing lead details, sending summaries, booking appointments, and transferring calls.
  • To operate and improve the service, including quality review of calls.
  • To communicate with you about your account, with your consent where required.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Call recording

Calls handled by VoxFox may be recorded and transcribed. Where the law requires, callers are notified at the start of the call. Businesses using VoxFox are responsible for ensuring call handling complies with the laws of the regions they operate in.

Text messaging

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send you text messages about your inquiry or account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as telephony, hosting, and scheduling providers), under agreements that limit their use of the data, and where required by law.

Retention

We keep call recordings, transcripts, and lead data for as long as the business account needs them to operate, or as required by law. Businesses can request deletion of their call data.
